A three day training session.
Background: EEOC MD 110 stipulates that the EEO Professional
must receive annual training to remain certified as an EEO Professional,
capable of providing service to any Federal Agency. Their professionalism
in dealing with tough issues is only augmented by their knowledge,
skills and abilities. In order to provide professional EEO services,
in compliance with all regulatory requirements, the EEO Professional
must have an understanding of all the laws that apply to every
EEO program; must develop good problem solving skills to identify
settlement opportunities and be able to present alternatives
to both the management official and the claimant. This course
is designed to continue the certification in all areas required
by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and more.
