Background: The skills and abilities required of
EEO professionals are the cornerstone of any
successful EEO program. Not only understanding
the rules, but practical application of new
skills and varying techniques is the template
for success of the program. EEO, HR and Office
of Counsel professionals require an understanding
of the rights and responsibilities inherent
in any counseling action. Their knowledge is the
link to early resolution, professional service and
advice, and options available to all the members
of the advisory team to senior leadership.
The curriculum is designed to provide participants with answers to those
difficult questions in program management and accomplishment. From upgrading
the skills of your counselors, collaterals, full-time and contractors,
to increasing your understanding of many complex issues such as Contingent
Workers, Reasonable Accommodation, Constructive Discharges, Class Complaint
Certification, and many more, this 1 day class meets the needs of both
your organization and the employees you service daily.
Focusing on resolution at the lowest possible level allows your professionals
to be aware and trained in many areas allowing them to provide the support
your program needs TODAY!
