Most recently during the course of Pam’s long tenure with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), she encumbered several key positions. These positions included: Senior Systemic Investigator; Agency Disability Employment Program Manager, Office of Human Resources; and Senior Equal Employment Specialist/Program Analyst.

While employed with the EEOC, Pam provided a broad range of consultative and advisory services to Federal Agencies on how to establish and maintain effective affirmative employment and disability employment programs. She was an invited guest speaker at many national equal employment conferences and workshops geared towards employers. She was a much sought-after speaker and presenter due in part to her role as lead Analyst in conducting on-site reviews of employer affirmative employment and disability programs. Pam’s expertise was vital in assisting agencies to maintain compliance with EEOC Management Directives 714 and 715, 29 C.F.R. 1614, the Rehabilitation Act, Executive Orders, Enforcement Guidance and other related laws.

It has helped employers to address and solve many of the day-to-day workplace problems and barriers that they face. In 2004, Pam’s professionalism was recognized by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission when it awarded her one of the Commission’s most coveted awards.

Pam’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina. She also completed a certification program at the University of Lille in Lille, France. In addition, Pam has completed a large number of equal employment and human resources courses to remain current in her field. She is a native of Washington, DC and has traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad. Pam’s personal interests include: golf, gourmet cooking and reading.
