Aaron Brown is currently an organizational trainer and consultant specializing in the development of effective leaders at all levels of contemporary organizations. Aaron has successfully developed and delivered training to hundreds of organizations and thousands of employees over the past 30 years.

Some of the programs Aaron has developed include: The Leadership Potential Seminar, Leadership Skills for Non-Supervisors and Non-Managers, Leadership Foundations Seminar, Management Assessment Program, Executive Assessment Program, and The Senior Leadership Workshop.

Aaron has worked with clients and organizations in all 50 states. He has also worked with international clients in the following countries: Canada, Germany, England, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, France, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Mexico, Romania, Serbia, and Moldova. In addition to Training, Aaron also provides coaching, assessment feedback, and organizational development interventions to clients and organizations.

Aaron's work career includes over 20 years with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and National Institute of Corrections in the U.S. Department of Justice, where he held such position titles as Correctional Officer, Counselor, Senior Case Manager, Unit Manager, Executive Assistant, Associate Superintendent, Superintendent, Program Manager, Project Director, and Director of Management and Specialty Training. Aaron also worked for over 13 years with the Executive Seminar Center and Western Management Development Center as a Senior Associate and Seminar Director.

Aaron's educational background includes undergraduate work at Kansas State University. His graduate work includes degree programs from Wichita State University and Webster University. Aaron was born in West Virginia and grew up in Pennsylvania and New York and has lived in 13 different states.

Aaron's personal interests include hiking, backpacking, traveling, reading, and trivia/humor of all kinds. Aaron's personal philosophies of life are:
