Jake
Greene completed over 30 years of Federal service during
which he invested over 20 years in the human resources management
field, and another 10 years in professional forestry. Jake’s
last federal human resources position Regional Employee Relations
Branch Chief with the US Fish and Wildlife Service, Department
of the Interior, where he directed the labor and employee
relations program and provided advice to supervisors and
managers on disciplinary and performance-based actions, training
and employee development, and ethical behavior. He held a
similar position with the New Mexico State Office of the
Bureau of Land Management, DOI, where he also handled staffing
assignments.
