Louie V. Larimer is the Founder of Focused Strategies, Inc., the corporate entity which holds the
intellectual property used in Mr. Larimer’s educational programs.
He is also the President/Chief Executive Officer of
Midnight Sun Capital Management, LLC, a private equity
company engaged in real estate acquisition, investment,
development and property management across the United
States.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in business administration, and a juris
doctorate. Mr. Larimer has taught graduate level courses in law, ethics, leadership, negotiations and
conflict resolution for Regis University’s School for Professional Studies, and The University of
Phoenix. He has over thirty years experience as an attorney, licensed real estate broker and corporate
educator.
