skills to make them inclusive of all disputes that could arise and

and flexibility in decisions.

Title: Annual Update for EEO Professionals

Overview: Participants will further their knowledge in
increasing their flexibility in dealing with issues that could be considered
mission stoppers. Their continued learning will aid immeasurably in
elevating their integrity and honesty in dealing with difficult
situations, while fostering a results-oriented environment
fair to all. This workshop fulfills the annual requirement identified
in the EEOC MD 110 for continued certification.

Overview: Participants will further their knowledge in increasing
their flexibility in dealing with issues that occur in the
workplace. The nemesis called harassment, although more and
more subtle, and often times non-sexual, presents a challenge
to all in attendance as to the methods and avenues available
to deal with these issues.

will learn how to understand and appreciate the competence
and creativity employees and executives can gain from dealing
with disability and how to utilize that talent in furthering

reasoning combine to demonstrate accommodation through appreciation.
