Overview: Identify barriers to implementing effective SEPs. Develop an understanding of why there may be resistance in supporting SEPs and identify tools and techniques to bring about positive program support.

Title: Advanced Mediation for HR/EEO Claims-Skills for the Future

Trainer: Gregory Moore
Overview: This one-day program enhances the mediator's skills to make them inclusive of all disputes that could arise and provides keys to resolution opportunities using Mediation. Attendees will further their knowledge ensuring fairness and flexibility in decisions.

Title: Annual Update for EEO Professionals

Trainer: Gregory Moore
Overview: Participants will further their knowledge in increasing their flexibility in dealing with issues that could be considered mission stoppers. Their continued learning will aid immeasurably in elevating their integrity and honesty in dealing with difficult situations, while fostering a results-oriented environment fair to all. This workshop fulfills the annual requirement identified in the EEOC MD 110 for continued certification.

Overview: Participants will further their knowledge in increasing their flexibility in dealing with issues that occur in the workplace. The nemesis called harassment, although more and more subtle, and often times non-sexual, presents a challenge to all in attendance as to the methods and avenues available to deal with these issues.

Title: One Hand Clapping: Appreciation before Accommodation

Traininer: Kate Adamson
Overview: Participants will learn how to understand and appreciate the competence and creativity employees and executives can gain from dealing with disability and how to utilize that talent in furthering the objectives of their organization. Story, magic, and legal reasoning combine to demonstrate accommodation through appreciation.
